Nakaji Kohki (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”) respects the privacy of users of the EverydayGym app (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) and strives to protect personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled within the App.
1. Information Collected
1.1 Information Provided Directly by You
- Profile Information: Username, profile picture
- Workout Data: Exercise records (date, exercise name, weight, reps, distance, time, sets)
- Settings Information: App settings (unit settings, etc.)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Statistics: App usage patterns (e.g., feature usage frequency)
- Technical Information: Device information, OS information (for resolving technical issues like crash reports)
1.3 Access to Photos
For the profile picture setting feature, we access your photo library with your consent. Only the selected image is saved within the app; we do not access any other photos.
2. Purpose of Information Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: Recording, managing, and displaying workout statistics
- Feature Improvement: Enhancing app functionality and fixing bugs
- Sync Feature: Syncing data with Google Sheets (only if selected by the user)
- Widget Display: Displaying statistics on the home screen widget
3. Data Storage and Management
3.1 Local Storage
Your workout data is primarily stored locally on your device and is not saved on the developer's servers.
3.2 Cloud Sync (Optional Feature)
Only if you choose to enable it, data will be synchronized with the following cloud services:
- Google Sheets: Synchronization of workout data
- Synchronization is performed securely via OAuth2 authentication
- Synchronized data is stored within the user's Google account
3.3 App Group Sharing
Data is shared between the app and widgets for widget functionality, but this sharing is limited to the same device.
4. Third-Party Services
This app utilizes the following third-party services:
4.1 Google Services
- Purpose: Data synchronization with Google Sheets
- Information Shared: Only workout data explicitly selected for synchronization by the user

4.2 Apple Services
- Purpose of Use: App distribution, TestFlight distribution, App Store functionality
- Information Sharing: Only standard usage statistics for the App Store

6. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
6.1 Data Access and Correction
You can view and correct your data within the app at any time.
6.2 Data Deletion
- You can delete workout data individually or in bulk within the app
- Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored data
- Data synced to Google Sheets must be deleted by you directly from Google Sheets
6.3 Disabling Sync
Syncing with Google Sheets can be disabled at any time in the app settings.
7. Data Security
The developer implements the following measures to protect your personal information:
- App Sandbox: Restrictions enforced by iOS/macOS security features
- OAuth2 Authentication: Secure authentication with Google Services
- Local Storage: Key data stored on your device
- Encryption: Encrypted during data transfer
8. Data Retention Period
- Local Data: Until the user uninstalls the app
- Google Sheets Data: Until the user deletes it in Google Sheets
- Technical Logs: Up to 12 months from collection
9. Personal Information of Minors
This app is generally intended for users aged 13 and older. Parental consent is required for users under 13 to use this app.
10. International Data Transfers
When using the sync feature with Google Sheets, data may be transferred internationally. These transfers are conducted with appropriate security measures.

Nakaji Kohki（以下「開発者」）は、EverydayGymアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくお客様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。

プロフィール画像設定機能において、お客様の同意のもと写真ライブラリへのアクセスを行います。選択された画像のみがアプリ内に保存され、その他の写真にはアクセスいたしません。
2. 情報の使用目的
収集した情報は以下の目的で使用します：
- サービス提供: ワークアウトの記録・管理・統計表示
- 機能向上: アプリの機能改善・バグ修正
- 同期機能: Google Sheetsとのデータ同期（お客様が選択した場合のみ）
- ウィジェット表示: ホーム画面ウィジェットでの統計表示
3. データの保存と管理
3.1 ローカルストレージ
お客様のワークアウトデータは主にデバイス内にローカル保存され、開発者のサーバーには保存されません。
3.2 クラウド同期（オプション機能）
お客様が選択した場合に限り、以下のクラウドサービスとデータを同期します：
- Google Sheets: ワークアウトデータの同期
- 同期はOAuth2認証を通じて安全に行われます
- 同期されたデータはお客様のGoogleアカウント内に保存されます
3.3 App Group共有
ウィジェット機能のため、アプリとウィジェット間でデータを共有しますが、これは同一デバイス内での共有に限定されます。
4. 第三者サービス
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています：
4.1 Google Services

- Google Sheetsに同期されたデータは、お客様ご自身でGoogle Sheets上から削除していただく必要があります
6.3 同期の無効化
Google Sheetsとの同期はいつでもアプリ設定から無効化できます。
7. データセキュリティ
開発者は、お客様の個人情報を保護するため以下の措置を講じています：
